Job Description:

Worldwide Greeter is seeking an Airport Concierge & Operations Coordinator to provide premium traveler assistance at Orlando International Airport.

MCO serves substantial international, family, leisure, convention, and group traffic. The coordinator must therefore be comfortable managing individuals and groups, communicating clear meeting instructions, monitoring changing flight information, and coordinating travelers across MCO's terminal environment. Responsibilities include welcoming prearranged travelers, assisting with terminal navigation and baggage claim, monitoring flights, communicating with chauffeurs and dispatch, and helping travelers reach their designated transportation pickup location. Personnel must comply with Greater Orlando Aviation Authority requirements, TSA requirements, airline procedures, and CBP restrictions applicable to international arrivals. Worldwide Greeter services are prearranged; personnel must not engage in unauthorized passenger solicitation. Restricted and federal inspection areas may only be entered when the individual possesses the authorization specifically required for that area.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome prearranged travelers and groups at approved meeting locations.
  • Coordinate domestic and international arrivals and departures.
  • Monitor flight, gate, baggage, and operational information.
  • Provide terminal navigation and passenger wayfinding.
  • Coordinate families and groups while maintaining accurate traveler counts.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, chauffeurs, clients, and travel coordinators.
  • Coordinate baggage-claim-to-transportation handoffs.
  • Respect CBP-controlled boundaries for international arrivals.
  • Never solicit airport passengers for concierge or transportation business.
  • Follow GOAA, TSA, airline, airport security, and law-enforcement instructions.
  • - Maintain guest confidentiality and professional appearance.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent hospitality and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and group-coordination abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm in high-volume passenger environments.
  • Comfortable using smartphones, flight-tracking tools, communication systems, and scheduling platforms.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the airport.
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
  • Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and changing flight schedules.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to company grooming standards.
  • Ability to complete applicable MCO security, training, background screening, or credentialing requirements when required for assigned duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous hospitality, resort, hotel, airport, airline, concierge, transportation, or group-travel experience.
  • Experience assisting families, groups, corporate travelers, or VIP guests.
  • Familiarity with Orlando International Airport.
  • Experience coordinating airport ground transportation.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
