Job Description:

Worldwide Greeter is seeking a professional, dependable, and hospitality-driven Airport Concierge & Operations Coordinator to support premium airport meet & assist services for corporate travelers, VIP guests, families, international passengers, and private aviation clientele. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless airport experience through personalized guest assistance, operational coordination, and exceptional customer service within a fast-paced airport environment.

The Airport Concierge & Operations Coordinator serves as an on-site representative of Worldwide Greeter and plays a key role in supporting airport arrivals, departures, connections, and traveler assistance services. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, coordinating airport meet & assist services, monitoring flights and operational updates, maintaining communication with dispatch teams and transportation providers, and assisting travelers throughout airport public-access areas in accordance with airport operational procedures and company standards.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling time-sensitive situations while maintaining a polished and hospitality-focused approach. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, situational awareness, professionalism, and the ability to multitask efficiently within a dynamic airport environment.

Key responsibilities include assisting travelers with airport navigation, terminal guidance, operational coordination, lounge coordination support, monitoring delays and gate changes, maintaining operational communication, and ensuring smooth coordination between airport services and ground transportation teams. Team members are expected to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, operational awareness, and exceptional customer service standards at all times.

This position may require standing and walking for extended periods throughout airport terminals, flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing airport operations and traveler needs.

Previous experience in hospitality, concierge services, airport operations, luxury services, transportation, customer service, or travel-related industries is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival at the airport with professionalism and hospitality
  • Coordinate meet & assist services for arriving, departing, connecting, and international travelers
  • Escort and assist guests throughout designated airport public-access areas when permitted by airport regulations
  • Monitor flights, delays, gate changes, cancellations, and operational updates in real time
  • Maintain communication with dispatch teams, chauffeurs, travel coordinators, and clients
  • Assist guests with terminal navigation, check-in guidance, airport wayfinding, lounge access coordination, and airport-related assistance
  • Maintain awareness of airport amenities, airline counters, lounges, restaurants, transportation pickup locations, and terminal procedures
  • Respond quickly and professionally to operational changes and time-sensitive situations
  • Represent Worldwide Greeter with a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
  • Maintain accurate operational communication through company systems, applications, and communication platforms
  • Support smooth coordination between airport services and ground transportation operations
  • Perform additional operational support duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum one year of customer service, hospitality, concierge, transportation, or airport-related experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong professionalism and hospitality mindset
  • Ability to multitask within a fast-paced airport environment
  • Comfortable using smartphones, operational apps, communication systems, and scheduling platforms
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout airport terminals
  • Ability to lift or assist with luggage when necessary
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
  • Flexible schedule availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance and adherence to company grooming standards required
